The Story of MEMEXO®

The MEMEXO® project was born out of a personal journey with my grandmother. I spent a long time searching for the perfect gift that would transport her back to fond memories of her childhood and life with my grandfather. I wanted to find something that would bring a smile to her face and make her feel comforted, especially when she was home alone.

We explored different alternatives, but we kept facing the same challenge. Due to her declining fine motor skills, she would quickly lose patience with traditional games or writing in memory books. That’s when the idea for MEMEXO® started to take shape—step by step, in collaboration with seniors, we created a game that was easy to use, engaging, and deeply personal.

My grandmother is no longer with us, but the reason behind MEMEXO® remains at the heart of my mission: to use creativity and thoughtful design to improve the quality of life for adults and seniors, helping them reconnect with their memories and loved ones.
